Choose Your Clinic Stage
Each clinic session focuses on one stage of your divorce case. Book multiple sessions if you'd like guided support through every stage.
File Your Petition
Prepare your starting divorce paperwork in one session — including the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, Summons, and required attachments.
Financial Disclosures
Prepare your Preliminary Declaration of Disclosure forms, including your property declaration and income and expense schedules.
Build Your Judgment
Prepare your final divorce judgment paperwork during the session. You and your spouse will work through each section of the judgment together — our software guides you step by step, and your included attorney consultation time can be used to review forms or get input on specific decisions as needed.
Common Questions
Who can attend the clinic?
The clinic is open to self-represented individuals in California uncontested divorce cases. Both spouses do not need to attend together — one or both may participate depending on the package.
What should I bring?
Bring any existing court documents related to your case, a summary of your marital assets and debts, and a valid photo ID. If you have a draft written agreement, bring that too. Our team will walk you through everything else.
What happens after I sign up?
Complete our quick intake quiz to confirm your eligibility, then pay your $50 deposit and book your session date. If you'd prefer to talk first, request a call back and we'll reach out to answer your questions and get you scheduled.
Is the $500 fee due at the clinic?
Payment details will be confirmed when your session is scheduled. We'll communicate all payment options when we reach out to confirm your spot.
Does my spouse need to attend?
It depends on the stage. One or both spouses may attend the clinics to prepare their divorce petition or financial disclosure documents. Couples attending the judgment builder clinic are encouraged to attend together. If only one spouse attends, note that they must come to the clinic ready and able to put their and their spouse's complete divorce agreement into writing.
